Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of your personal data from Cobble, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@utopia23.com
2. Include the following information in your email:
   • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request - Cobble"
   • Your device ID (found in app settings)
   • The email address associated with your account (if applicable)

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once completed.

Data that will be deleted:

• Personal profile information
• User preferences and settings
• App activity history
• Device information

Data that will be retained:

• Aggregated analytics data (non-personally identifiable)
• Transaction records (if applicable, retained for legal compliance)

After receiving your deletion request:

• Personal data will be deleted within 30 days
• Backup copies will be deleted within 90 days
• Required legal records will be retained for 6 years in accordance with UK law
